On February 15-16, university rector Petro Kulikov together with vice-rector for international relations
Olena Bondar visited the RebuildUkraine 2023 exhibition-forum held in Warsaw. The so-called “Ukrainian Municipal Ramstein” gathered more than 3,000 like-minded people from 50 countries on one site, thanks to the efforts of ambitious Premier Expo specialists. Petro Kulikov and Olena Bondar led discussions on national and international panels, where they successfully presented and defended the interests of the university, expressed their willingness to help and demonstrated their vision regarding the reconstruction construction process, discussed prospects and opportunities for attracting investors’ funds, minimizing risks for partners.
Half a year of negotiations with the American partners were crowned with success. Within the framework of this forum, Rector Petro Kulikov, with the support of the Ministry of Science and Education of Ukraine, signed an agreement with the American universities of Florida on the introduction of a joint educational program “Implementation of investment and innovation projects of post-war state reconstruction”.
According to the results of the negotiations held during the two-day event, representatives of our university deepened cooperation with the government and leading stakeholders of Italy regarding the future reconstruction of our state.
Rector Petro Kulikov received thanks for his participation in the opening forum of the business mission, as well as for his constant support of the initiatives organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Ukraine and FederCamere, from the Honorable President of the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Ukraine Renato Walter Togni and the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Italy Maurizio Carnevale.
Also, the rector and vice-rector for international relations took part in an event organized by the Italian Embassy in Poland, where they expanded the circle of cooperation with Italian engineering companies (Stema, BAXI, DE NORA, ISOPAN, TECON, etc.), and also determined future vectors of cooperation and agreed on negotiations with representatives of the Baltic countries.
