Full member of the Academy of Construction of Ukraine – head of the department of scientific and pedagogical personnel for the construction industry; valid member of the Academy of Higher Education of Ukraine; Scholar of the award of the Parliament of Ukraine for the most talented young scientists (2014-2015); Laureate of the Budnikov Award of the Academy of Construction of Ukraine (2014).

In 2003 Olena graduated from the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture and received a full higher education in the specialty “Management of Organizations” and obtained a Master’s degree in management in the field of construction. In the same year, she entered full-time postgraduate studies at the Department of architectural structures of KNUCA.
In 2007, Olena defended her thesis for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences. In 2008, confirmed the international level of scientific activity by receiving the diploma of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).
In 2013, Olena Bondar defended her thesis for the degree of Doctor of Economics.
In 2017, Olena obtained a second higher education at the Higher School of Management in Legnica (Poland) with a specialty of “Commercial Law” and obtained the qualification of a Master of Law – a diploma of the European model.
In 2019, Olena Bondar graduated from the “Interregional Academy of Personnel Management” University with a specialty in “Anti-Corruption Law” and obtained a Master’s degree in Law.
In 2017, Olena became a participant in the program of International academic mobility and professional development of teachers and scientists on the basis of MCR LLC (Poland) with the participation of the Mining and Metallurgical Academy named after Staszyca (Poland), Freiburg Mining Academy (Germany), University of Zagreb (Croatia). Olena Bondar confirmed the level of English proficiency at the B2 level in 2018. In 2019, became a participant in the program of International academic mobility and advanced training of teachers and scientists in the field of “Economics and Enterprise Management” and completed a scientific-practical and methodological pedagogical course on the basis of MCR LLC (Poland) with the participation of the University of Krakow and the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology.
In 2019, Olena also accomplished European internship by the program of academic mobility “Trends of education systems in changeable informative society of Europe” in countries of the European Union: Slovakia (Bratislava) – Austria (Vienna) – Hungary (Budapest) – Slovakia (Košice); in universities: Comenius University in Bratislava (Bratislava); University of Vienna (Vienna); Eotvos Lorand University (ELTE) (Budapest); Pavlo Jozef Shafarik University (Košice).
In 2020, Olena Bondar completed advanced training at the Vinnytsia Technical University in the program of the “Computer Systems and Automation” course.
In 2022, Olena completed advanced training at the Dnipropetrovsk Polytechnic University at “Auditing in Public Authorities” and “Anti-Corruption and Ensuring Integrity” and also completed an international internship and received an International Certificate (academic mobility degree, 6 credits) for the Dubai-New York International Internship Rome-Burgas-Jerusalem-Bern, International Historical Biographical Institute (Dubai – New York – Rome – Burgas – Jerusalem – Beijing).
Research Areas of Interest: Justification, development and practical implementation of the scientific and methodological foundations of effective system management based on the improvement of the innovative toolkit of the branch theory of effective management of the enterprise “geometric econometrics” as the generating core of the interdisciplinary synthesis of solving economic and management tasks.
